How it works?

  • Please note that the application form is per individual (no group applications) and must be completed by a parent/guardian

  • Once you have completed and submitted the form below, you will be automatically placed on the waiting list - [Please note you are not a member at this stage]

  • Once we have space available, you will be sent an introductory email with your membership number (1 per child) and key information - You need this membership number to book a session

  • Using your membership number, please book a session via the Youth Club Tab for the sessions you wish your child to join and fill in the relevant details.

    Once you receive a confirmation email, you are good to go.

    [Please note that we will not accept non-members into our sessions and per our terms and conditions, if you do not attend a session within 4 weeks, your membership will be automatically cancelled and given to someone on the waiting list]
